Dispatch vs. Delivery:
Please note that we guarantee the dispatch date of your order, not the delivery date. While we do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Local Delivery & Pick-Up:
We offer local delivery and local pick-up within the Northern Rivers area. Orders in this region may have a guaranteed arrival date. Local delivery and pick-up options can be selected at checkout. If you don’t see these options, leave a note at checkout and we’ll contact you to confirm availability.
Express Shipping:
All non-local orders are shipped via Australia Post Express to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely. Express Post is a little more expensive than standard shipping, but it helps us get your order to you as fast as possible. Estimated delivery times from the dispatch date are:
Metro VIC / NSW / QLD / ACT: 1–3 business days
Metro WA / NT / SA / TAS: 2–4 business days
Rural VIC / NSW / QLD / ACT / SA / TAS: 3–6 business days
Rural WA / NT: 3–6 business days
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.
Tracking & Customer Responsibility:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress using the carrier’s tracking system. Please note that third-party tracking apps may not always display real-time updates.
Delivery Instructions & Safe Drop-Off:
If no one is available at the delivery address, the driver may leave the parcel in a safe location. If no safe location is available, parcels may be taken to the nearest post office. Australia Post may not always leave attempted delivery cards, so customers should check tracking regularly.
For deliveries to business addresses, please ensure all details are included (unit, suite, shop number, etc.). Missing details may result in failed delivery.
Shipping Delays & Liability:
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier. By placing an order, you acknowledge the risks associated with shipping. If we become aware of any delays, we will do our best to notify you via our website or direct communication. All delivery timeframes are estimates only.
