Your Questions, Answered

  • We carefully pack every brownie so it arrives in perfect condition—safe from bumps, drops, and even the best efforts of Australia Post!

All brownies are wrapped in two layers of greaseproof paper to protect both the brownie and its toppings. Each brownie is then wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, with additional padding added to ensure there is no room for movement. The box is wrapped in another layer of bubble wrap before being placed into a protective satchel.

We also ensure that the box and satchel are sealed tightly to prevent movement and keep out air and any unwanted critters. Some products, such as Brownie Pops and Brownie Bars, are individually wrapped in self-sealed plastic for extra protection.

  • Our brownies have a shelf life of up to 10 days at room temperature when stored in a sealed container, and up to 3 weeks in the fridge.

Brownies can also be frozen for 1–2 months, provided they are well wrapped and stored in an airtight container.

  • Our products are made in an environment where nuts, eggs, soy (dark chocolate), and gluten (flour) are used. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that our brownies are free from traces of these allergens.

All of our brownies contain dairy (butter) and eggs.

  • A gluten-free option is available on most of our products. Please contact us for more information, as we are currently in the process of updating our gluten-free menu.

Please note that Boxes of Brownies is not a gluten-free facility. While we take steps to minimise cross-contamination when preparing our gluten-free brownies, gluten is present in our kitchen, on surfaces, and in the air. Our regular and gluten-free brownies are baked in the same oven, which may pose a risk of cross-contamination.

For this reason, we do not recommend our gluten-free range for those with coeliac disease or severe gluten sensitivities. While we do our best to reduce risk, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

  • We only guarantee a dispatch date, not a delivery date.
