Refund Policy.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order if you let us know at least 2 working days before your chosen dispatch or pick-up date. (For this policy, Saturdays and Sundays count as working days.)

Cancellations made within 2 working days of your dispatch or pick-up date, including changes of mind, unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Issues and faults

If your brownies don’t arrive in the condition you expected, just drop us an email at boxesofbrownies@gmail.com with a photo. We’ll take a look and work with you to sort it out. In some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned to process a refund, which will be reviewed by our manager.

 

Postage delays

 We do our best to get your brownies to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes delivery delays happen that are out of our control. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds for delays or issues caused by our delivery service.

By placing an order with us, you’re accepting the small risks that come with shipping parcels. If we hear about any delays, we’ll do our best to let you know in advance, either here on our website or directly via email. Our delivery times of 2-3 business days from dispatch are estimates to help you plan, but can’t be guaranteed.

 

Wrong delivery address provided by customer

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee that your brownies will reach you.

If a brownie is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we won’t be able to resend it, as it won’t be fresh. In this case, you’ll need to place a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders affected by incorrect address information..
